“The tour and guide were both good; however, the logistics were difficult. We had to go to a different tour pretour and Signature Tours would not let us change our drop off location. 5 am the morning of our tour, the driver was a no show and we had to take a cab to the airport. We had to ask twice for reimbursement. The hotel room at Iguazu Falls was subpar. It was small, outdated, and in need of some repairs. The restaurant however was good.”
