I'm a fit 43-year-old man, but after 10 minutes everything hurts because you're completely hunched over. The guide speaks very poor English, so you barely understand what he says. Many parts that were supposed to be included in the tour weren't. We basically cycled around the city with someone who spoke a few words of English and stopped four times at "important" places. We didn't get any of the promised food tastings, etc. We didn't explore anything, just cycled past it. Worst…”

We spent 50 minutes waiting for the issues to get somewhat resolved so we could continue. The description stated that it included snacks, matte, and local food tasting, but it did not include any of these. Tour guide acknowledged these items where in the description but did not have the resources to provide such. In my opinion they should give a refund given the tour is…”
