“Absolutely disgraceful how Viator handled this activity: Booked and paid for 11:00 tour for two people Had to request entrance tickets from Viator and was then asked to switch to 1:00 a couple of hours before our departure fight from USA. Printed out ticket as instructed (1:30, not 1:00). Arrived at Teatro and was told ticket good for only one entrance!! I emailed Viator immediately and receive a response later on that the other ticket was sent via WhatsApp 3 hours prior to entrance time. Viator never told me that is how tickets would be delivered. Description clearly states it will be sent via email. Fighting for refund now!”
